I'm looking at replacing my CPU fan for the Phenom II X4 955, like others I seem to be having issues with cooling, and I don't understand why when there are 5 case fans running(4 front/sides intake & 1 rear outtake), a GPU fan, PSU fan, and the CPU fan. It says it's idling at 49*C I have the latest Artic Silver on the stock AMD fan.. and maybe I'm wrong, but I expected lower temperatures. *frustrating* Was wondering if anyone else had a similar setup as mine, and what their solution was to cool their CPU. I really don't wanna have to take off the 2 side fans for a large CPU fan.
Appreciate any help!
